The Great Plates Delivered Program has been extended through September 9th. We have the capacity to enroll more seniors and high risk individuals. The Governor’s office has added a minimum income requirement as well as a maximum, and we’ve added this to the attestation questions for eligibility. Contact your Councimember’s office to register:
